- Sameh has worked at various roles in Software Development and Management for more than 20 years. I came from traditional project management and software development. I made the shift to Agile and Lean, however, I am ongoing learning and practicing. Currently I am active in implementing Lean/Kanban in software organizations in US and Canada. I enjoy working with teams to implement Agile principles and Lean practices. I highly value the process and collaboration aspects required to complete the work and put them at the same level of engineering practices. I receive direction from executives; however, my approach to process improvement is collaborative and stems from the practitioners. I use visualization boards (Kanban) in my engagement to visualize improvement opportunities and drive improvements. I conduct training on Agile product management and Lean principles implementation in software development.
